The El Paso Funniest Comedy Challenge is here once again and we are looking for the funniest person in the El Paso area that want to win some cash, paid spots and bragging rights for an entire year. Ther contest is open to anyone 18 years or older.

LaughterHours Comedy has been hosting the El Paso Funniest Comedy Challenge since 2013. in 2014 we partnered with El Paso Comic Strip and since then we have been hosting the final round at El Paso’s only place for professional comedy. Check out some of the past winners.
The winner of the first-ever El Paso Funniest Comedy Challenge! Held at Leo’s Cantina in beautiful downtown El Paso.
This year things got interesting with over 30 participants in a 3 round competition with the final showdown held at the El Paso Comic Strip.
We partnered with bigger businesses and the El Paso Funniest Comedy Challenge became the Southwest Laughfest with contestants of all over the southwest and a $5000 cash prize.
The El Paso Amateur Comedy Challenge brought the contest back to its roots. Our first female winner and an established venue. With all future shows done exclusively at the El Paso Comic Strip
El Paso’s Funniest Comedy Challenge is now a yearly staple at the El Paso Comic Strip where comedians from all over the area come to compete for cash prizes and bragging rights.
